Satisfied. My girls were well satisfied with their cups. The characters were also well done considering the intricacy of the designs!Working with this company was truly a pleasure. After I selected my desired cup, the artist Viviana, collaborated with me on all aspects of the design but I also gave her free reign over the creative aspect. In the end I was completely satisfied and excited at the end products which were personalized tumblers for myself and my 3 year old daughter. She also gave us care instructions for the products prior to receiving them and I received them in tact beautifully wrapped in a protective manner. 10/10 service and products, I highly recommend. P.S. my daughter will only drink from this tumbler since receiving it, and it also helps with name recognition, a valuable learning tool for a toddler.
